It has been a couple of years since I took your smoking class and at
the time I wasn’t even in the contemplation stage. The class really lingered in
my smoking brain.
Today marks 501 days without smoking of any kind (and 2500
dollars).
This class probably will allow me to live longer and for that I

“Of course you can! I honestly never thought I could do it (quit) but
here I am and I’ll never go back.
Also, I’ve taken some of the funds saved and bought a bicycle. I’ve
since logged over 3500 miles. The high I get from that (cycling) smashes any
tobacco “high” I’ve ever had
If you were to tell me then I’d be one of those people cycling in the
winter I would have laughed.
The Baby pink lung thing is real and getting them
back and feeling them work again has been one of the best things I’ve ever
given myself.
